I have always been completely fascinated by the northern lights. I flew to Alaska once, and we saw them out the window on the plane ride home…which was the most breathtaking thing ever. So tonight I was quite tickled when the little Google ad above my email popped up this incredible slide show of the northern lights. Do take the time to enjoy these little snapshots of pure joy. Thanks Google!
Btw, I was talking to my buddy Jay last night, and I told him that I really hope I get to fly in heaven. He said heaven would most likely be even more spectacular than that. I agree with him, but I really do want to fly, especially now that I’ve realized how cool it would be to fly around the northern lights. So Jesus, if the suggestion box is still open for the new heavens and new earth…go ahead and throw that one in there please…
